A tycoon is person that has wealth and power in a business industry. Mostly tycoons were not born to be successful due to them facing multiple struggles, but as they grow up they came up with strategies that made them who they are, a tycoon.

Tycoon's main strategy is to use their own power which is wealth. With wealth they were able control their workers by forcing them to work multiple hours which eliminated competition against other companies.

Robber baron later established monopolies which raise prices of products compare to regular prices this resulted workers wages to reduce.

Social Darwinism is the theory of survival and succes of the most capable people where being poor was a sign of being lazy or inferior and deriving of poverty. Also where God maded them as they are and they should stay like that. This theory was mostly favored by American billioners because they believed that they would no longer have to work and restrict any profit.

In the article compiled by Danny Blas, technology changed our lives and how we lived because of steel which was discovered durin the Industrial Revolution. With steel, we were able to build skyscraper and used it as a frame to support the infrastructure. With this advantages, it not only changed the way we lived, but also the way we get to certain places. Subways, trains, and street cars was developed which lead to increase of population. Also with the help of railroad cable and suspension bridge brought cities together by providing an easy access to one city to another. With the help of technology, it changed the way people read by having newspapers which first appeared during the industrial revolution. Throughout years, newspaper price were reduced due to multiple people buying them, which kept them updated to any current events.

The only downfall about passive houses are it cost multiple amounts of money to build one. But a certain house could still pass as passive house, one way is by having multiple solar panels that would lessen the usage of energy. In this article, home owners were disagreeing about passive house in their neighborhood, due to it being nonidentical to the other houses.
